VIC VICE is a cutting-edge virtual reality platform that offers students in Victorian classrooms a chance to experience various workplaces in a fully-immersive, interactive and multi-sensory way.
Where it all started - GM VICE
GM VICE (Goulburn Murray Virtual Industry Careers Experience) is a bespoke online digital platform that was developed to help inform students, teachers and families about where real opportunities are and open up real career conversations.
Building on an overwhelmingly positive response to GM VICE, VIC VICE was funded by the Victorian government to scale the use of VR careers education statewide. VIC VICE will build on the successes and learnings of GM VICE to make Virtual Reality careers education a reality across Victoria.
GM VICE was produced by the Goulburn Murray Local Learning and Employment Network and developed by Spiire.
The initiative is a Gold recipient of the 2023 Better Future Australian Design Awards and the Melbourne Design Awards
